Questions before you start

How do customized orders reach the bar?

We define allowed options, add-ons, price changes and order notes for each drink. The barista view should carry the details needed to prepare the order.

Can table service and takeaway work together?

Each order can have a defined service type and handover point. Bar priority, ready notifications and delivery to a table or customer are designed around the café workflow.

Can we add loyalty and retail coffee sales?

Loyalty, regular-customer follow-up and coffee or equipment sales can be included. Points rules, retail inventory and marketing-message preferences are defined separately.
